Today, we are excited to announce a new feature that makes the OnSite App even more powerful.  Our new “QR Check In” feature will change the way your organization manages volunteer registrations.  You’ll never need an expensive self-service kiosk ever again! Here’s how it works:

  1. Log into your Hub and print the QR check in sheet.
  2. Post the check in sheet at your event.
  3. To check in, volunteers simply scan the QR code from their smart phones.
  4. Your Hub is automatically updated with the check in information.
