Active Volunteers

To accommodate volunteer turnover, VolunteerHub pricing scales according to the number of active volunteers registered with your organization.

Volunteers who haven't registered for an event in the past 12 months are considered inactive and are automatically excluded from your billing total.

Seasonal Activity

Does your organization operate only a few months per year? VolunteerHub clients on monthly service plans are only charged service fees when there's at least one upcoming event on the schedule.

Non-Profit or Not?

Commercial firms using VolunteerHub solely to organize employees for non-profit or charitable work qualify for our non-profit rates!
